Upload all relevant files like product brochures, documentation or others as well as a link to your website so he always has the correct information.
Based on how many contacts you want Agent Frank to have in his pipeline at all times during the month, you will see how many mailboxes you will need to process them. You can add your own external mailboxes to Salesforge or choose to handle infrastructure with Infraforge - our own private email infrastructure.
After your infrastructure is set up, you can upload your own contacts for Agent Frank to process and/or set up continuous prospecting, where Agent Frank will constantly look for new leads based on your ICP.

Yes! Agent Frank can operate in two modes: Auto-Pilot and Co-Pilot. In Auto-Pilot mode he is fully autonomous and while you can peep into his work, there’s no need for you to get involved (apart from a few cases when he might need more information). In Co-Pilot mode you will receive regular updates from Agent Frank requiring you to accept or edit his work.
Agent Frank operates using first-party data provided by you. When setting up your Agent, you will be asked to provide information about your company, products and/or services as well as upload any relevant files Agent Frank can use to learn (like instruction manuals, presentations or pitches). This means you have full control over what information Agent Frank has and uses, ensuring it’s always fully accurate and aligned with your business.

No. When purchasing Agent Frank you will get a complimentary Salesforge account where you can manage your Agent and his work. The only other costs might be related to your email infrastructure - this depends on whether you have existing domains and mailboxes that you add to Salesforge or whether you choose to handle the infrastructure with Infraforge. In both scenarios you will need to cover the cost of this infrastructure.
Agent Frank starts at $499 per month (billed quarterly). When billed annually you get 2 months for free. This price covers Agent Frank managing 1000 active contacts at all times during the month. This means at any given time he will be interacting with 1000 leads. Over the course of the month it translates to reaching 2000-2500 new leads and sending 6000-7500 personalized emails.
Agent Frank comes with complimentary access to Salesforge where you will be able to see his progress and manage his work as well as see all the messages.
The price does not include infrastructure needed to process 1000 active contacts per month. This can vary depending on the infrastructure provider you use. You can choose to handle this with Infraforge by clicking a button during your onboarding process. For 1000 active contacts you'll need: 5 domains which will cost $70 per year and 10 mailboxes which will cost $120 per quarter with Infraforge.
